2017 Charleston Stats Overview

Tri-County 2017 Stats:

2017 was up 3.1% in transactions over 2016 with 18,381 sales

2017 was up 4.7% in median sales price over 2016 at $251,333

2017 Days on Market Until Sale was 55 compared to 58 in 2016

While these may seem like modest gains, its important to focus on sustainable growth in a healthy market with solid economic fundamentals that Charleseton offers.  I will be emailing a full 2017 Statistical Overview as well with more in depth analysis.
